Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hempz products as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our website. All returned products must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the original content to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
